lettuce, onions, tomatoes, jalapenos, pico
salsa, crema, queso, cheese
tortilla chips, crispy taco shells, flour tortillas
margs + dos equis, maybe?
tuesday:
bean and cheese queadillas (or pinto bean bowls) + a big pile of mashed avo
make Weekly Pot of Beans
make a big batch of brown rice with chicken/bone broth for added flavor

but KK and I have our weekly play date with my BFFs, so usually I pack her a lunchbox to eat for dinner.

PS every Thursday I do this quick little routine of seeing if there’s anything in our fridge I can freeze, and throwing any lurking produce into these containers to make smoothie cups
friday:
fajita friday: the best, most joyful way to end the week, while also clearing out the fridge
saturday:
snack dinner saturday + movie night
meal prep, done here and there throughout the week
