- meal prep chocolate chip muffins, hard boiled eggs, egg bites, and roast a pan of bacon 
- soup + bread night - brett’s sourdough 
- big ol salad 
 
tuesday:
- meal prep stuff for viral cottage cheese ground beef bowl 
- burrito bowls - mashed avocado, corn, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno 
- shredded cheese 
 
wednesday:
- some sort of easy rice or pasta - Costco tortellini + pesto + grilled chicken chunks 
- make some sort of bread 
- prep a goooood salad for dinner - make extra components for the week - I put my salad in this big container with this thin dish rag and I put my salad veggies in these containers, 
 
- leftover grilled chicken 
 
thursday:
- grab leftover protein - or make air fried salmon 
 
- make big batch of instant pot jasmine rice sub bone broth 
- steam costco edamame, roast frozen green beans, roast broccoli 
- grab this sauce or this sauce to toss the protein + veggies - we always keep these sauces on hand for easy meals! 
 
- big bowl of fruit 
friday:
- halloween! 
- spooky chicken nuggets + frozen french fries THE END 
saturday:
- movie night + snack dinner saturday - movie night must-haves - a play tent and a big ol crash pad 
- snack dinner, with the kids’ snack dinner in muffin pans
