kk's favorite things: 19 months

i noticed a huge difference in KK between 18 and 24 months, so instead of doing one big post, I’m breaking it up by month. here are her ten favorite things at 19 months!

  1. these stainless steel condiment cups

    • this was kk’s favorite christmas gift, i kid you not.

    • she loved using them for her play kitchen, her sensory tables, her bathtime, her general playing. she loves stacking and pouring and clanking these gems. these continue to be a go-to favorite.

  4. the indoor pool

    • we joined a gym during this time and it was the best decision ever. it was january, and gloomy outside and KK and I spend many, many mornings playing at the family indoor pool. it was the best.

  5. this rainbow set of stacking buckets and cups we also take to the beach

  6. her rainboots

    • KK became very smitten with wearing her “boos! boos!”

    • I swear by these Totes rainboots. we have one solid pink pair, and one solid black pair. (I found the black pair on Poshmark for wayyyy cheaper - I knew a black pair would go with KK’s capsule wardrobe beautifully.)

  7. honey bear sticks and stones - kk could not get enough of this toy

  8. this drum set via Facebook Marketplace a million years ago - lately KK is really into drumming on the drumset and shaking the egg shakers

  9. these “popper” cups

  10. this peg toy continues to be an all-time favorite, as she engages with in it different ways as she gets older
