sub bone broth, sub rotisserie chicken, double beans
prep ip tomato basil soup for my lunches
I add in a ton of carrots/celery/onions (like 2-4x what the recipe calls for - whatever I have hanging around), I sub bone broth, and I use tomato powder at the end to enhance the tomato flavor/cover the veggie flavor
cornbread or leftover english muffin bread
prep a goooood green salad for dinner - make extra components for the week
I put my salad in this big container with this thin dish rag and I put my salad veggies in these containers,
tuesday:
burrito bowls
mashed avocado, corn, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno
shredded cheese
wednesday:
leftovers
thursday:
roasted broccoli
friday:
leftovers
saturday:
movie night + snack dinner saturday
movie night must-haves - a play tent and a big ol crash pad
snack dinner, with the kids’ snack dinner in muffin pans
