i doubled noodles and did 1.5-2lb meat - brett likes a thickkk soup
big ol salad + big bowl of fruit
tuesday:
burrito bowls
mashed avocado, corn, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno
shredded cheese
wednesday:
some sort of easy rice or pasta
chicken spaghetti with that frozen rotisserie chicken
prep a goooood salad for dinner - make extra components for the week
I put my salad in this big container with this thin dish rag and I put my salad veggies in these containers
thursday:
grab leftover protein
or make air fried salmon
make big batch of instant pot jasmine rice sub bone broth
steam costco edamame, roast frozen green beans, roast broccoli
grab this sauce or this sauce to toss the protein + veggies
we always keep these sauces on hand for easy meals!

movie night + snack dinner saturday
movie night must-haves - a play tent and a big ol crash pad
snack dinner, with the kids’ snack dinner in muffin pans
