monday:
our weekly friend dinner I mentioned in 10 Things I’m Doing Now for a Great Summer
but if it falls through for whatever reason, we’ll do our Monday Night sandwich night: build your own grilled chicken sandwiches, build your own grilled chicken wraps, build your own breakfast sandwich bar, or BYO sandwich bar (and maybe pick up bread from Jimmy John’s!)
or chicken caesar wraps with leftover grilled chicken from Sunday
tuesday:
my favorite pinto bean bowl (or here)
repeating this two weeks in a row since I can’t get enough, and Brett can make a burrito bowl if he’s tired of it
make Weekly Pot of Beans
make a big batch of brown rice with chicken/bone broth for added flavor
I love my beloved rice cooker for this
big ol salad using our weekly salad prep
big bowl of fruit
wednesday:
our favorite IP mac and cheese since Brett isn’t eating with us :)
maybe the cubed ham or the leftover sausage we have lurking in our fridge
favorite green beans + big bowl of fruit
but KK and I have our weekly play date with my BFFs, so usually I pack her a lunchbox to eat for dinner.
thursday:
chicken salad with grapes + croissants, lettuce leaves, and crackers
big bowl of fruit
frozen sweet potato fries and/or big ol salad using our weekly salad prep
PS every Thursday I do this quick little routine of seeing if there’s anything in our fridge I can freeze, and throwing any lurking produce into these containers to make smoothie cups
friday:
date night with Brett
some restaurant from our Local Places List
one of my monthly routines is to plan a Date Night or two
saturday:
snack dinner saturday + movie night
meal prep, done here and there throughout the week
prep smoothie cups in these containers

prep any fruit for easy snacking + easy dinner sides (like wash + destem grapes)
