here’s everything else I meal prep on Tuesdays and why - Tuesday is a very, very important cooking day and it takes care of us the entire rest of the week
let’s make “refried” black beans, mexican rice, creamy jalapeno, and queso (looooosely based on this bean recipe, this rice recipe, this creamy jalapeno recipe, and this queso recipe - I promise I’ll write out my recipes soon!)
wednesday:
pigs in a blanket with the sausage lurking in our freezer
although I change this recipe quite a bit - I omit all the ingredients like onion, garlic, chicken, etc - I like my potato soup plainnnn!
oven roast a pack of bacon - take extra bacon on our camping trip this weekend for quick BLTs, breakfasts, etc.

thursday:
Christmas festival
eat at the festival
or make pizza quesadillas + fruit
friday:
Quesadilla Night or BYO Grilled Chicken Sandwiches

kids can eat plain (or with mac and cheese)
Brett and I can do our favorite fish po boy situation or more fish taco bowls
