  • the trader joe’s mandarin chicken in our freezer

  • brown rice + orange slices + avocado slices

  • roast the lurking carrots in our fridge

  • also roast the last few sweet potato fries in our freezer because why not

    • trying to clean out our freezer, tbh

  • also make two loaves of this easy artisan bread - one for dinner, and one to gift to my MIL with this jam advent calendar :) :) :)

  • thanksgiving:

    • bring:

      • some sort of fruit

      • some salad, like this one or this one

      • some cheese board situation

      • some other side - maybe rolls?

friday:

  • that frozen chicken teryaki thing we have in our freezer

  • a big bowl of fruit + some lurking avocado

  • leftover toast because why not

  • yogurt or a smoothie to round it out, if need be

  • if you missed it on IG, I’m trying to reallyyyy use up what we have, and the nights surrounding Thanksgiving feel like an especially good time to do so
