  • prep salad stuff

  • prep our favorite versatile protein (double recipe, freeze half)

  • prep a veggie soup for me to eat this week for lunches

    • this one is my favorite but I sub bone broth, omit bacon, and halve the cheese

tuesday:

roasted sweet potato stacks

  • double chicken, freeze half

wednesday:

  • chicken pot pie

    • double recipe, freeze
