monday:
air fryer chicken + this sauce + salad
prep a veggie soup for me to eat this week for lunches
this one is my favorite but I sub bone broth, omit bacon, and halve the cheese
tuesday:
bean bowls
pinto beans + “ refried” black beans, freeze half
rice + mashed avocado + shredded cheese
corn, tomatoes, peppers, etc
wednesday:
leftovers - mama’s gone for a haircut
thursday:
double batch of muffins: cottage cheese chocolate chip muffins or blueberry chia muffins or mixed berry muffins

hint: it saves my bottom, week after week!
with some sort of easy protein like eggs, cheese, or yogurt
friday:
DATE NIGHT
easy pasta or pizza
veggies + ranch
saturday:
movie night + snack dinner saturday
