brett can roast a chicken (+ grill some sausage for sausage wraps)
summer quinoa bowl that I never got around to making last week

monday:
our weekly friend dinner I mentioned in 10 Things I’m Doing Now for a Great Summer
but if it falls through for whatever reason, we’ll do chicken caesar wraps with leftover chicken from Sunday or sausage wraps with leftover sausage from Sunday + air fryer sweet potatoes and/or roasted carrot fries + a big bowl of fruit
tuesday:
eggs, beans, tomatoes, and avocado - inspired by this dinner
with the Weekly Pot of Beans
thick slices of leftover french bread, thick shreds of cheese
air fryer sweet potatoes, if time/energy
big bowl of fruit
wednesday:
big bowl of fruit + roasted green beans and/or roasted carrot fries
but KK and I have our weekly play date with my BFFs, so usually I pack her a lunchbox to eat for dinner - here’s our favorite things for eating away from home
thursday:
dinner by the pool
chicken and sweet potato bowls with this week’s leftovers
orrr BYO sandwich bar (and maybe pick up bread from Jimmy John’s!)
big bowl of fruit
PS every Thursday I do this quick little routine of seeing if there’s anything in our fridge I can freeze, and throwing any lurking produce into these containers to make smoothie cups
friday:
date night, date night!

prep any fruit for easy snacking + easy dinner sides (like wash + destem grapes)
also make veggie box
make Weekly Pot of Beans
pull muffins out of freezer
or make these toddler banana muffins
make a big batch of brown rice/quinoa with chicken/bone broth for added flavor
I love my beloved rice cooker for this
make a biggg batch of mini egg and cheese bites that me, kk, and joey can all eat
