  • mushroom risotto (sometimes I omit mushrooms, I always omit wine)

  • leftover grilled chicken

  • big ol salad using our weekly salad prep

  • but KK and I have our weekly play date with my BFFs, so usually I pack her a lunchbox to eat for dinner.

thursday:

PS every Thursday I do this quick little routine of seeing if there’s anything in our fridge I can freeze, and throwing any lurking produce into these containers to make smoothie cups

friday:

  • fajita friday: the best, most joyful way to end the week, while also clearing out the fridge

saturday:


meal prep, done here and there throughout the week
