currently using
these carafes - ordered them for our mimosa bar, and am excited to have them for future family gatherings!
my avocado tool - one of my most-used kitchen items, no lie
my salad dressing containers - we have two, but I might need a third
currently meal prepping
i usually do a little meal prep on Sundays, but I may do a bit here and there throughout the week. at a minimum, I try to always do this - makes the whole week SO much smoother!
below is the list of what I hope to meal prep this week - it may not all happen, and that's okay! even 5 minutes of prep is super beneficial.
prep some dinner components:
asking myself: “What can I do now that will make eating at home this week easier?"
make balsamic vinaigrette, make ranch dressing
make homemade croutons
make honey mustard
cut sweet potatoes
cut cucumbers for easy green salad
prep some sort of dessert for the week
yep! one of my favorite podcasters said this is an incredibly easy way to plan joy into your week and I SO agree.
none this week - we're eating leftover birthday cake
prep some things to make breakfasts/snacks/lunches smoother
make yogurt muffins or healthy snickerdoodle muffins (freeze leftovers)
make banana oatmeal muffins (freeze leftovers)
take slow cooker broccoli cheese soup out of freezer for lunches
