Bless our simplified gift wrap system. I can’t tell you how many times this saves my bottom.
For birthday parties, Teacher Appreciation goodies, hostess treats, meal trains, baby showers, wedding presents, just because surprises. The list goes on!
In our hallway closet, I keep:
a variety of ribbon
and personalized gift tags*
*We have gift tags that are from just me, gift tags that are from just KK, gift tags that are from both KK and Joey, gift tags that are from our whole family, gift tags that are Christmas themed, gift tags that are Teacher Appreciation themed, etc. it may sound frivolous, but once I discovered how much easier keeping a stash of gift tags made my life, I could never go back. My sister makes all my stationery and personalized gift tags, but Etsy has plenty of other fun options, too!
You can see my “hallway closet” highlight on Instagram to see how it’s all organized, but the gist is an Elfa door rack from the Container Store, these awesome tiny tubs, and these square bins.
Things that also come in handy:
envelopes + stamps
plenty of personalized stationery
One of our three birthday traditions is to buy personalized stationery, simply because it brings me joy. It also comes in very, very handy all year long. My sister makes all my stationery, but Etsy has plenty of other fun options, too!
