8/17 menu plan

sunday: 

  • make rice bowls

    • Brett grills protein for the week

    • I make a batch of ground beef to use all week

    • make a double batch of instant pot rice so we have leftovers

    • roast a bunch of veggies for dinner - use leftovers all week

    • grab this sauce or this sauce to toss the protein + veggies

      • we always keep these sauces on hand for easy meals!

  • make some sort of bread

  • big ol salad

  • make a batch of the best baked potatoes
