7/13 menu plan

sunday: 

  • make a double batch of instant pot rice so we have leftovers

    • I take leftover grilled protein and toss it in this sauce or this sauce (we keep these on hand for easy meals!), then we eat over rice with some sort of Costco frozen edamame. THE BEST.

  • roast a bunch of veggies for dinner - use leftovers all week

  • dinner at the splash pad/playground with friends
