shredded cheese or weekly batch of queso
these are my favorite containers for leftovers + meal prep
mashed avocado, corn, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno
tortillas, tortilla chips
wednesday:
biggg food prep day - eat any of these components for dinner!
brett grills protein for the week
make some sort of easy meal for after the pool/for the freezer
triple batch of chicken meatballs for the freezer
prep salad stuff, make croutons for the week
I put my salad in this big container with this thin dish rag and I put my salad veggies in these containers,
thursday:
dinner:
make a double batch of instant pot rice so we have leftovers
I take leftover grilled protein and toss it in this sauce or this sauce (we keep these on hand for easy meals!), then we eat over rice with some sort of Costco frozen veggie. THE BEST.
or make some fried rice yum
or grab those frozen dumplings in the freezer yummmm

saturday:
movie night + snack dinner saturday
movie night must-haves - a play tent and a big ol crash pad
snack dinner, with the kids’ snack dinner in muffin pans
