sunday: 

  • dinner with my family

    • back-up plan: leftovers

monday:

  • make a quick pasta for lunch

    • that pasta + jarred sauce in our pantry

  • dinner at the splash pad with friends

tuesday:

  • dinner:

    • make a double batch of instant pot rice so we have leftovers

      • I take leftover grilled protein and toss it in this sauce or this sauce (we keep these on hand for easy meals!), then we eat over rice with some sort of Costco frozen veggie. THE BEST.

      • or make some fried rice yum

      • or grab those frozen dumplings in the freezer yummmm

  • parents’ house for 4th of july
