on Tuesdays brett takes a 5-hour class for Master Naturalist program in which he’s currently enrolled, so on Tuesdays we’re taking advantage of a pizza chain’s Tuesday BOGO Deal.

and a big salad with goooood salad stuff for the week
wednesday:
quesadilla night with sunday’s leftovers

make some sort of muffins - let’s do our favorite yogurt muffins
make a big batch of our favorite ip oatmeal for the week

eggs, some sort of bread, and a smoothie. repeat every Thursday.
