sunday: 

monday:

  • big ol salad with air fryer chicken and shredded cheese

  • big bowl of fruit + toasted sourdough bread or english muffins

  • prep a veggie soup for me to eat this week for lunches

    • this one is my favorite but I sub bone broth, omit bacon, and halve the cheese
