sunday: 

  • dinner:

    • creamy chicken soup

      • omit all seasonings but salt + pepper

      • sub bone broth, sub leftover turkey

      • add brown rice

    • brett’s bread + good salad

monday:

  • turkey pot pie

tuesday:

wednesday:

  • some sort of easy rice or pasta

    • naan pizza

    • big salad, big bowl of fruit
