roast a bunch of veggies for dinner - use leftovers all week
monday:
soup + bread night
cheesy garlic biscuits + salad
creamy chicken soup + oranges
tuesday:
make burrito bowls + plenty of extras for leftovers
grilled chicken/grilled steak
mashed avocado, corn, cilantro, tomatoes, jalapeno
shredded cheese
wednesday:
some sort of easy rice or pasta
easy rosemary bread + strawberries
prep a goooood salad for dinner - make extra components for the week
I put my salad in this big container with this thin dish rag and I put my salad veggies in these containers,
thursday:
leftover rosemary bread
big ol salad
leftover veggies in the fridge
friday:
fajita friday
pick up sauces from a beloved tex-mex restaurant
repurpose tuesday’s leftovers into fajitas, quesadillas, nachos, etc
bake with KK: apple cinnamon crumble
saturday:
movie night + snack dinner saturday
movie night must-haves - a play tent and a big ol crash pad
snack dinner, with the kids’ snack dinner in muffin pans
