the best taco meat (triple recipe for freezer)
taco shells or taco stuffed sweet potatoes or sweet potato taco bowl
black beans + rice
veggie: frozen corn + tomatoes + dip
fruit: mashed avocado + strawberries
wednesday:
burger bowls (triple ground beef for freezer)
air fried potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, red onion (or caramelized onion), cheese, pickles
hamburger bun croutons like this, too?
pineapple + yellow kiwi
thursday:
veggie: big ol salad + cucumbers/carrots/snap peas with ranch
fruit: melon + berries
friday:
use tuesday’s leftovers
tacos, nachos, bowls, tostadas, quesadillas, etc
