sunday: 

  • brett grills chicken + teriyaki chicken for the week

  • crunchy roll bowls, sub leftover teryaki chicken

  • fruit: melon + berries

monday:

tuesday:

wednesday:

  • burger bowls (triple ground beef for freezer)

  • air fried potatoes, tomatoes, lettuce, red onion (or caramelized onion), cheese, pickles

  • pineapple + yellow kiwi

thursday:

friday:

  • use tuesday’s leftovers

    • tacos, nachos, bowls, tostadas, quesadillas, etc

  • veggies: leftover corn + tomatoes and peppers with ranch

  • fruit: avocado + berries
