  • instant pot cheesy potato soup

  • oven roasted bacon

  • BLTs or toast

  • big ol salad

tuesday:

• pick up Chipotle

wednesday:

• naan/pita/english muffin/tortilla pizzas

thursday:

• blueberry yogurt cake + banana yogurt muffins + oatmeal jam bars (use the raspberry jam in the fridge that needs to be used up)

• new year’s day

  • hot dog bar

    • white onions, caramelized onions

    • cheese sauce, shredded cheese

    • leftover chili from the freezer

    • ketchup, mustard, relish

friday:

• date night

• make an easy pasta for the kids

saturday:

• out with friends

sunday:

monday:

• dinner:

  • sweet potato gnocchi, chicken sausage, green bean sheet pan dinner

tuesday:

• prep christmas food:

  • kk’s online cooking class for cinnamon roll casserole

  • cowboy quiche

    • this recipe makes one deep dish quiche, but i prefer to split the filling over two regular pie dishes to make two regular quiches

    • i also like to double the recipe to eat one quiche + freeze three quiches (I freeze the quiches baked or slightly underbaked)

• dinner:

  • christmas eve meatballs

    • freeze half

  • christmas salad + english muffin bread

wednesday:

• christmas eve!

  • cowboy quiche

  • christmas salad

  • orange muffins

  • english muffin bread + leftover jam from our advent calendar

  • christmas tree fruit + cheese platter

thursday:

• christmas day!

  • breakfast:

    • kk’s cinnamon roll casserole

    • coffee + eggs + fruit

  • lunch/dinner: apps & naps

    • brett's favorite ham and cheese sliders

    • christmas salad

    • pigs in a blanket

    • cocktail meatballs w/ TJ frozen meatballs

    • christmas tree fruit + cheese platter

    • christmas tree/wreath veggie tray

friday:

• leftovers

• meal prep for my mom to come babysit:

  • pasta for the kids

  • egg bites for the kids

  • pumpkin yogurt muffins / blueberry muffins

  • make english muffin bread, freeze for Saturday

  • make drop biscuits, freeze before baking for Saturday

  • premix dry ingredients for cornbread, set aside for Saturday

  • loaded broccoli cheese soup, make a lot of oven roasted bacon for saturday

  • chili + frito pie fixings

    • freeze leftovers for Saturday

  • make creamy chicken soup for saturday

    • sub bone broth, add brown rice

    • omit all seasonings except s+p

tuesday:

• leftovers

wednesday:

• some sort of easy rice or pasta

  • sweet potato gnocchi, chicken sausage, green bean sheet pan dinner

  • leftover bread

  • big salad, big bowl of fruit
