- grill and chill - no grilling today
  - lets make instant pot shredded beef
  - and instant pot buffalo chicken tacos
- build your own burrito bowl
  - using the meal prepped components linked below
  - I also heat up some tortillas. So people can make a taco, or eat it on the side.
- big bowl of fruit + big bowl of mashed avo
meal prep:
- pinto beans / “refried” black beans - recipe coming soon!
- instant pot mexican rice
- queso
- creamy jalapeno
- fajita vegetables and/or caramelized onions, if time
- chopped red onions, jalapeno, green onions

monday:

dinner:
- picnic dinner at the park with friends
- pack peanut butter banana sandwiches and these egg muffins :)
- or use instant pot shredded chicken to make chicken salad wraps
meal prep:
- make some sort of egg thing for the week
  - like these egg muffins
  - and/or a batch of ip hardboiled eggs
- make instant pot shredded chicken, use some to make a batch of chicken salad - recipe coming soon
- thaw tomato soup that Past Haley froze
- roast some bacon

tuesday:

wednesday:

quesadilla night with sunday’s leftovers
big bowl of avocado, leftover sauces, leftover produce
meal prep:
- make some sort of muffins - let’s do cheese muffins
- make a big batch of our favorite ip oatmeal for the week
  - here’s why this serves us well all week long
  - or make baked oatmeal cups

thursday:

dinner:
- eggs, some sort of bread, and a smoothie. repeat every Thursday.

  - let’s make a loaf of my favorite english muffin bread, if I feel up to it.
meal prep:
- bake something seasonal for brett as one of my goals for this school year
  - blackberry cobbler
- freeze leftovers

friday:

something easy:
- instant pot alfredo
- garlic bread
- leftover produce from this week

saturday:

dinner:
- snack dinner saturday + movie night
  - why this weekly combo is crucial for me as a mom
meal prep:
- clean out the fridge
- unload groceries
- prep any fruit for easy snacking + easy dinner sides
  - here are my produce boxes
- assemble our veggie box
- prep goooood salad stuff for the week
